Situated on the water at Half Moon Bay, overlooking the marina, the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club offers a unique environment for weddings and private functions. With ample parking, a ferry service to Auckland City this is the place to hold that special event away from the hustle and bustle.

We have a large function room available for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or any celebration you wish. The room faces north with magnificent marina and harbour views including Bucklands Beach. Rangitoto Island is just across the water. The menus can be arranged to suit your requirements.

The Headsail Room is the main function room of the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club. It is spacious with a good open floor plan which includes a large bar, stage and dancing area. Toilet facilities are adjacent. The room faces north with magnificent marina and harbour views with Rangitoto Island just across the water. The lounge faces north opening up onto a fantastic deck area which is ideally suited for wedding services. The menus can be arranged to suit your requirements.

ROOM RATES – From $175.00 per hour

The maximum for a seated meal is 150 persons without dancefloor space or or 120 with dance floor space.
A bar person is included in the room rate.
Bar tabs are available. Payment of bar to be finalised at the end of the function.
No food or drink is to be brought in or taken out of the Club

Extra charges may apply
If tray or table service is required a charge may apply.
Professional security
Special Licence is required by law if alcohol is to be served

Bucklands Beach Yacht Club will co-ordinate all your arrangements for you, including food, drinks, table cloths, chair covers etc.
