The consideration of Bucklands Beach Yacht Club, at my request, accepting me into the above designated Sailing Course hereby indemnify Bucklands Beach Yacht Club and its agents, servants, invitees and members or any or more of then, from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damage costs and expenses for which Bucklands Beach Yacht Club and its agents, servants, invitees and members or any one or more of them may become liable in respect of or arising from loss, damage or injury from any cause whatsoever to my property or person arising from the sailing course. I understand that I may be photographed while participating in these activities and I hereby give permission for the use of my name and photographic likeness to be used in all forms of media for the promotion of the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club services and initiatives.
